1. Agreement

These terms apply to the AllThingsVector website, the AllThingsVector web app and the AllThingsVector design library (together, “AllThingsVector”). By using AllThingsVector you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use AllThingsVector.

2. Using AllThingsVector

You may use AllThingsVector for personal and commercial projects, such as making cut files, print files, logos and products for sale. You agree not to:

• use AllThingsVector to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• use AllThingsVector for anything unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the website or the services it relies on;
• redistribute or resell the AllThingsVector software itself, or present it as your own product;
• get around download limits or plan checks, or share your account outside your own business.

3. Your images and your files

You keep all rights to the images you open in AllThingsVector and to the vector files you create with it. AllThingsVector processes your images on your own device; we never receive them (see our privacy policy).

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert and use the images you choose. Converting someone else's artwork, logo or character into a vector does not give you any rights to it.

4. Plans and accounts

Paid plans are paid for through Whop, which processes the payment; Whop's own terms also apply to your purchase. The price, what each plan includes, and the refund policy are shown before you pay.

Each plan is a one-time payment that unlocks the plan on your AllThingsVector account (the email you sign in with). It gives you, or one business, the plan's monthly downloads, which renew on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused downloads don't carry over. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the account goes back to the free trial. We may limit an account that is shared publicly or used in a way that suggests it is being resold.

The free trial includes 3 downloads per browser.

5. The design library

Pro and Premium plans include the AllThingsVector design library. You may use library designs to make physical items, including items you sell (for example cut or engraved signs, ornaments and decorations), and in your own projects. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the library files themselves, or files made from them, in digital form.

6. Our software

AllThingsVector, including its design, code and branding, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some components are open-source and are provided under their own licences, which you can find with the software. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of AllThingsVector to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may change, improve or discontinue features of AllThingsVector at any time. We may add designs to the library and occasionally retire ones. We don't guarantee that the website or web app will always be available or free of errors.

8. No warranty

AllThingsVector is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Automatic tracing can't be perfect for every image: always review your vectors before cutting, engraving, printing or publishing them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, wasted materials or machine time, arising from your use of AllThingsVector. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for AllThingsVector in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Third-party services

This site, the account server and the design library are hosted on Cloudflare, and payments are handled by Whop. Their own terms apply to those services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use AllThingsVector after a change means you accept the updated terms.
